These terms govern your use of Help Me Think, operated by Heat Waves (Los Angeles, CA). By purchasing a Thinking Session, you agree to these terms.

The service

Help Me Think offers one-on-one Thinking Sessions — a structured, personalized experience to help you organize your thoughts, map your options, and think through a complex situation. Sessions are delivered remotely and include a personalized Thinking Map and follow-up materials.

Payment

Sessions are $100, charged at the time of booking via Stripe. All prices are in USD.

Refund policy

We offer a full refund if you request it before your session begins. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance at hello@heatwaves.co and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

What we deliver

We commit to preparing a personalized Decision Brief, conducting a live session, and providing follow-up materials. Help Me Think is a thinking tool — we do not provide legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind.

Intellectual property

Materials we create for your session are yours to keep. You may not resell or redistribute them without our permission.

Limitation of liability

Help Me Think and Heat Waves are not liable for any decisions you make as a result of your session. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your session.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
