Help Me Think is operated by Heat Waves, based in Los Angeles, CA. We take your privacy seriously and only collect what we need to deliver your Thinking Session.

What we collect

When you book a Thinking Session, we collect your name, email address, and payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see your full card details). We also collect any information you share with us through our intake form about the decision or situation you'd like to explore.

How we use it

We use your information solely to prepare and deliver your Thinking Session. We do not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third parties. To prepare your session, the information you share may be processed using AI tools. We handle your inputs with care and do not share them beyond what's necessary to deliver your session. We may use your email to follow up about your session or share materials from it.

Third-party services

We use Stripe for payment processing, Tally for intake forms, and Calendly for scheduling. Each of these services has their own privacy policy governing how they handle your data.

Data retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver your session and fulfill any follow-up commitments. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
